The Idea for a cozy DODOBABA SNACK came up while working on a cruise ship. The experience of working in different restaurants inspired us to share our knowledge with the residents of a small area on the border of Phoenix, Vacoas and Curepipe. Our passion in preparing local snacks allows us to provide the joy of tasting traditional Mauritian food!
